The role
We are looking for a multi-skilled person for the position of Creative Strategist and Client Service. The candidate has to be confident, have excellent interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, should approach business as a hobby not a challenge, have hands-on experience working with clients across all industries, and should have a unique approach to marketing and achieving product or brands goals.
The right person for this position should be able to adapt to the changing industry. You should have a strong analytical approach, be creative, focused on design and critical thinking, and possess project management skills with the ability to work closely with internal creative teams to inspire, recognise and nurture bold, cutting edge creative ideas, and be able to promote in-house expertise on messaging and content strategy.
You should be a top-notch creative and strategic thinker, able to help brands achieve business performance and do things never done before, with the ability to act autonomously and use your initiative to prioritise workload with ever-changing needs.
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.
  • Support product testing, identifying business requirements, and development.
  • Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analysing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations.
  • Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels and relevant online conversations looking for highest impact opportunities to engage (including proactive identification of conversations and communities strategically and creatively relevant for the brand)
  • Identifies innovating ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Someone who confidently clears their own roadblocks to drive a project to completion.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations.
  • Ability to take ownership, drive business on the ground, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of securing new business wins and achieving revenue growth.
  • Persistent in completing what needs to get done and driving relationships.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients, to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.

  • Should be creative/fashionable
  • Experience with financial analysis and the ability to assess the prospective profitability of programs as either permanent, freelance, or internship positions.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years business development/sales experience.
  • Past experience preferred.
